Jessie's dad is a really nice person and has worked relentlessly for this law to be passed in all 50 states! Go Mark I hope and pray your dream comes true!

I live in Florida and jury selection is going on now for the animal who did this to her. To bad it is not in my county!

He confessed. After he asked for a lawyer.

Right? Texas rocks with criminals anyway...Look how many have been executed compared to the other states,,Yes, they are the biggest state, but they have 0 tolerance for **** in that state.
All the other states should follow their lead on this sexual assault law!!!!

Father God, I lift Francesca up to you for healing, and also her baby. Father give the doctors wisdom and supernatural knowledge to know how to treat both the mother and child. Father comfort the family and strengthen them let them feel your presence and love. Father you are the Great physician and I pray that your will be done, and that you receive the glory. We thank you for what you have done and what will be done. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen

What happened to the 'three strikes' law? I'm glad they revised it for this crime, can't wait until all other states pick it up.
Go Texas.

thats awesome, i think they should get the death penalty the first time though, i all ways felt like the courts felt sorry for pedos or something, they give them too many chances.

Not good enough.

I want the "You touch my kid even once and I get to shoot you down like a dog in the street" law to pass.

THEN I will be happy.

wow, I was under the impression that if your going to do any crime at all, stay out of Texas.
I am really glad that this is the case now, it should be like that everywhere.

Let's just hope and pray they get it right, it's easy to be convicted with little or no proof.
