ok so my motives are, slaping me 5 times in public out of the blue, punching me in the eye when im not looking. this used to be my best friend but now i must destroy all that is him.
he is very sociable, friends with everyone, if i phisicaly attacked him, people around him would start to gang up on me. so i need to destroy his social life, and by all means degrade him in public. pls he has the body mass of a toothpick, so attacking him would be low... someone care to shed their expertise upon me?

This is a hard one. From girl1's point of view, yes, you are being disloyal. If you were in her shoes you would probably feel the same. Try taking her out for coffee or a drink, just the two of you, and talk it out. Your friendship is worth saving. I think you should continue your friendship with girl2, but try not to rub girl1's face in it, in other words, try to keep the two friendships separate. Maybe only see girl2 outside of work. If girl2 is a true friend, hopefully she will understand. Explain the situation to her, maybe she doesn't see that there's a problem. There may not be a way of continuing the 3-way friendship, you may just have to be friends with each of them separately. Good luck to you, hope it works out.

Sounds like you need to get your self a new group of friends to hang around with!
The hatred is going to kill you.and if you go down this path you'll end up looking like him in the mirror!
He sounds like a bully that is jealous of what you are.
Bullies are also cowards when they are confronted. Your friends should see this? If they are turning a blind eye I would turn the other cheek and walk out of there
Sorry my friend plan awlful, painful, lingering deaths, for him in your mind at home for about 5min (that's all he is worth). get it out of your system then forgive It's your only way out of hells kitchen. It will take a while do it, everyday till he doesn't consume your thoughts any more.
Remember the golden rule you manifest what you consentrate on. so don't consentrate on vengence

Yes toothpicks can be frustrating lil runts to deal with at the best of times ! Does this particular toothprick (opps) seek to gain at your expence - probably - the runt ! never liked them never will ! So what to do without violence ! ummmmmmm.................
Just you'l have to beat and discredit him at his own game , sounds like hes already been doing that to you for a while. I'ts not easy and will take years ! otherwise forget the loser and move on - you don't have to be friends right ?

If you wanted to ruin him you should have had him arrested when he hit you. Assault can harm a persons reputation for a long long time.

You can start rumors about him, like he has a sexually transmitted disease or something else nasty. You can send anonmymous letters to his boss.
