Im trying to find out who collects all the cricket statistics from all over the world. Where do the different tv stations get their stats from? I am assuming there is one official source that collects the stats for international cricket. Does anyone know who they are?

Each cricket board is responsible for providing an official scorer at each international game, and most first-class games. They then submit the stats to governing bodies.

Additionally the annual publication, Wisden Cricketers Almanac, collects all these statistics and publishes them in one book each year.

As for TV stations, they will employ their own statisticians, but they will use Wisden as a reference, and will also probably use Wisden's internet site, http://www.cricinfo.com, for getting stats up quickly.
