Well, he's really done just about the same stuff as Saddam Hussein, but with stupidity instead of cruelty. Bush was responsible for irresponsible orders to go to a war that was improperly researched, and actually did no killing himself.
And he never would. He's a coward and would never actually go to war himself--luckily, he's got daughters, so he didn't have to worry about them going off to war. Bush may not have killed anyone himself, and he is not responsible for the actions of those who terrorized the USA (and the UK and many other countries) but his choices were very, very bad, and did, DEFINITELY did result in needless American and Iraqi (and Afghanistan citizens) deaths. For that, he ought to be punished.
As for his punishment--not in this lifetime. The only thing I could see being a possible punishment would be an impeachment for his lies to the American public. But it won't happen.
Clinton's lies result in us not knowing all the facts about his affair, Nixon's lies resulted in some stolen money...but Bush's resulted in many needless deaths due to bad research and poor planning, and HE doesn't get impeached? Seems unlikely, but I guarantee you, it won't happen.
Long live capitalism in the USA.
Alas, we never knew Democracy, but it was a nice idea while it lasted.

Hopefully, no one. It's the insurgent b***ards in Iraq, aided by Iran and Syria who are doing the killing. They will not rest until we are all dead or in allegiance with them.
Muslims are the Borg of this world: assimilate or die. If I have to, I'd rather die, but I guarantee that I'll take as many out of this world with me as I can.
And to those who claim that Islam is "a peaceful religion taken over by extremists" I say this: your silence is deafening. Where is the outrage? Where are the demands to take your "peaceful religion" back?
Actions speak louder than words, and the terrorist murderers are the only ones "speaking."

Or if you are going to prosecute Bush than you prosecute all those who voted for the resolution.
That would include Hillary.
