I want to help people improve their listening skills?

I work in a sales deprtment in the uk and wanted to ask people about if they know anywhere on the web for free to improve listening skills or whether they have any techniques that may help?

Does your company not run any customer service skills courses? they could get tax back against training their staff, ask your hr persons, check with local college or local business groups.
