Nice try Tequila Mike, but you failed to provoke me. I didn't even have to put a thumbs down cuz you already got 3. I don't think the insult goes to us but to you, blabber-mouth. You only showed how rude a person you are and if I were as narrow-minded (or should I say moron) as you are, I'd say Mexicans (or American or whatever you are) are low-life like you. Try psychiatric counselling to have a happier disposition in life.

What can I say, there's no best answer for this question, it's a matter of personal preference. All dishes you mentioned are superb...makes me hungry now :p I'm eating Kettle Korn at the moment, have you tried it too? :)

I have eaten all these dishes. But my favorites are dinuguan (cooked by a Capangpangan) tinola (cooked by a Visayan), adobo (anykind) and lechon, oh my it is best if eaten together with a "gabi". In Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines, you can see lechon are sold with gabi on the side.

I have tried Kare-Kare, adobo.....and I know you did not list it but Lumpia Shanghai is my favorite. The other stuff was ok but nothing to really brag about. Of course it was the first time I had tried it. Maybe next time I will like it better....

Filipino dishes are great! Adobo.. I love that!! (I just ate chicken adobo for dinner) Kare-kare is also delicious... especially when there is bagoong!! Dinuguan is best with puto!! All those Filipino dishes are really yummy!! I also enjoy eating balot eggs.. (although some may consider it exotic...)!! Filipino dishes are "MASARAP!!!"

I don't like adobo. I like that sweet honey barbecued shishkabob, lechon, stuffed milk fish, mini-lumpia (egg roll), Filipino Ice Cream like Ube Ice Cream and Coconut Ice Cream on Halo-Halo, Rainbow cake, Casava Cake, and various Filipno Candy. I prefer the mini egg-roll and casava cake to be cooked/baked by my mom. The mini egg-roll that my mom sometimes buy from a local Fil-Am grocery store tastes bad. Some of my non-Filipino lady friends like Casava cake and Ube Ice Cream on Halo-Halo.
