Does anyone know what time Princes St Gardens Edinburgh Opens at, or where I could find out?

Except for special events such as carnivals etc. The Gardens are open to the public for free all day, every day, all year round.
The gardens were once a small loch that was used as a garbage dump, now a beautiful park (in good weather).
