In 2017 what will be more in the market IT industry or Electric Engineering?

By then the market will have been so outsourced that unless you are in a low wage far-away company you have very little chance of earning a living in those fields. Those are such easy fields to give away that there will be little corporate incentive to leave them in the countries where they traditionally have been.
