My husband's always telling me I look better without make up, i just laugh and say you didn't mind my make up when we first started seeing each other. Sometimes he thinks i'm not wearing any when I am. Do they just not know what they're talking about? do they think you're wearing it to look attractive to other guys?

guys like to think were not wearing any make up even when we are!
they like to think we look that good natuarlly because for one, they appreciate things of natural beauty.
and for seconds because men do not like the idea of being "lied to" by makeup.
but to answer your question. when it comes down to it, they dont really notice either way.

Some men do not like make up. I think the trick is to wear makeup so it enhances your natural beauty and does not look too overdone.
Some men are jealous types and do not like a woman to wear makeup. These men have control issues often so be careful.
I have had many guys tell me they did not like makeup. It sounds like your husband likes the natural look on you. If you want to please him you should just do makeup that looks natural.

men love women that are beautiful without make up.... make-up only ruins a beautiful picture... like adding glitter to the Mona Lisa. If your husband doesn't know your wearing makeup and you are... well you have some damn good makeup! Seriously though... men are attracted to women who are beautiful behind the mask.

Sometimes they think that you look beautiful when in reality you woke up really early in the morning to apply some powder. They don't know that you DID put on makeup. That is how it is for me. I think when it comes down to it, people (men) will always want to look at something pretty... so just keep putting on makeup. It is none of his business if u want to put makeup or not. It is for personal satisfaction. What's wrong with putting on makeup anyway? It is not affecting anyone. Sure natural beauty is great but i think 99.9% of us do not have that. Therefore we need makeup to boost our beauty and confidence. With makeup, our skin looks much more flawless and smooth. When it comes down to it, men/guys will want to look at something nice.. trust me on that. But of course, personality matters a lot too. You don't want to be pretty but with a foul personality or you don't want to be really nice and have a great personality with an ugly face. You want to balance them out.

Girls who wear a lot of make-up are obviously unhappy with themselves! Showing you natural beauty is much more appealing than having to hide it. My b/f has always said that those who wear make-up are not so attractive otherwise they wouldn't wear it! Trust yourself! Everyone is beautiful - some just choose to ruin it by plastering their faces with make-up!

i believe that wearing makeup definately make someone prettier and more attractive, thats what they are for. but it depend on how you use it, and how you use it.
