Im justing getting into command prompt and let me tell you they dont tell you half the cool things they have in command prompt using the help command
for instance "qprocess" is like a text task manager "netstat" shows internet connection and "color"(yes spelled wrong) changes the color of the font and backround(try color 5d!)

Start a command prompt session
Type in: help
You will get a list of all available commands and a sentence stated what they do
Type any command followed by a "/?" such as: dir /? and you will get a listing of all the parameters and options for that command

fire up a command prompt and type:
HELP
you'll get a long list of commands - then type (let's say)
help attrib
(or)
attrib/?
(or)
attrib/h
different commands respond differently to the /h or /? flags, I think it's something to do with whether they're internal or external commands. This is easy to understand, but I ain't gonna type all day here - play with it, it's not hard.
Then you'll realise why UNIX is so much better.
