Yes males can and do use proactiv. P Ditty uses it for his skin. The thing everyone needs to know is that the repairing lotion can bleach fabrics so you need to let it dry before putting on a shirt or you need to put it on after you have dressed on your face. It can also bleach the pillow case when you are sleeping.
