Yes it will come true. The dream of everyone is to make INDIA a developed nation.Our president is dreaming about this. If we all work for the nation Iam 100% confident that vision2020 will come true. If only we work we can make india one of the developed nations. so let us all work for the nation.JAI HIND.

at the present situation india is in.........i dont think so................
but it would be amazing it comes true........i wont blame the government if it doesnt succeed .........b'cause .............every citizen of our country should work towards it!!!!

it depends on the people and the govt. if all the cleaver people stay here and help our country grow it will. if the govt won't be as corrupt as now, it will.
if things continue to be the same, and/or get more worse, it will never.
