Well if you are still in grade school, you should be able to go to your teacher or there should be peer tutors around. If you are in university, you should go talk to your professor and there should be an area around for you to go to. At my University, they have what's called the Learning Center and it's just a place where you go to get help with school work problems. They may also have peer tutors, and our school also has a program called SI (Supplementary Instruction). This is where a student who has already completed the course and has a grade of 75% or higher, has several sessions a week to help tutor students in a certain subject area, and in your case math.
But go find someone if you need help! Do it before it's too late!
