Why have Anne Frank photos been removed?

Why have most of the Anne Frank photos and the photos of her family been removed from the web?

It could be that those sites were not getting enough hits to justify keeping the pictures. who knows.

I haven't found that to be the case at all. There's tons of photos available. Just go to google and use the images feature and type in either Anne Frank or Anne Frank's family and a lot of pictures come up.

I found a lot photos of her under Google's image.
