Sorry but I think you will find that the Nou Camp is not owned by one person and is really owned by FC Barcelona. I have looked, and keep coming up with the same answer.

It (and the rest of the complex, including a smaller staduim where Barcelona B play) is owned by the club FC Barcelona. It's administered by the clubs officals, who are elected by the clubs members (supporters)
