I've heard that it can be bypassed by using the SETUP at the computers start up, is this possible. pls help me.

google forgot admin password ...

You can not bypass the Windows Admin password from the BIOS setup. That only controls hardware - and the "startup password" which is display as soon as the PC is turned on, not software password like Windows admin.

try going into users from the control panel and setting up the users on the system again and remove any passwords

start computer in safe mode by f8 key, go to contorl panel>user account and change or remove the password
