You can test about 4 days before your next period is due but sometimes they can give false negatives so early. It is better to wait a few days or a week after your missed period to test as it will be more accurate.

I know its so frustrating! I am back in the 2 week wait after having a miscarriage on 30 Jan. I'm only 2 dpo so I have another 12 days till my period is even due! Help!

The earliest you can take a home pregnancy test is 5 days before your expected period, the rate of accuracy is very low *look on the box for the exact statistics* the closer to your period the better chance of getting the correct answer. If you wait until you miss your period most tests have a 99 percent accuracy. Good Luck

i think you will have to wait. i would go to the chemist and either ask the pharmacist or check on the back of a pregnancy pack. I am pretty sure that you have to have actually missed your period before being able to take the test. double check though.

I am in the same position, there are some tests that you can buy online that detect lower levels of hCG, but everyone's pregnancy is different. www.early-pregnancy-tests.com
It's tough waiting, Good Luck!

You could always try a test... but if it doesn't come back pregnant... don't get too disapointed :-) Try again in a few more days.
