Why did the USA attack Saddam for obtaining mass disrtuction weapons, while it has done nothing to N. Korea?

BTW, it is obvious now for everybody that Saddam didn't own such a weapons, while North Korea tested its first nuclear device on October 9, 2006!!
Is it a new approach; attack the countries that u THINK they have MDW, and forget about those who POSITIVELY have MDW?
Or the war against Iraq was not for what the USA claimed and is claiming??? if this is the case, what makes us sure that Osama did attack the twins, maybe it is just another US administration fake to justify their war against Al-Qaeda and Talban?

where were those planes flying when Saddam attacked them, they were invading the Iraqi air, would u think N Korea will not attack US planes if they invade N korea's air??

No. Russia isn't helping america of a on the topic of Iran, first because they're grateful that Iran not in any respect supported the moslem extremists with guns and recognize how in Chechenya and in the South of Russia. in case you spot extremely some the moslems extremists in Russia are "wahabists" - a sect in Islam (sorry if i wrote it incorrect) and they have been supported through Osama Bin weighted down and through Saudi Arabia. 2d because of oil (a similar for China). There's a giant oil reserve in Iraq, not in NK. We knew we could wipe the Iraqi's out with no problem, technically, we are still at war with NK.

Saddam had attacked several US planes in the UN No fly zone.
If N.Korea attacks us forces he will be hung as well.
WMD's was not the reason the UN attacked it was one of them.
