See, when we blame problems in Iraq on Bush, it actually has merit because he deceived everyone else and unilaterally STARTED A HEINOUS BLUNDER OF A WAR.
Of course, more rational politicians like the ones you mentioned don't have a God complex, so they don't pretend to be able to control the weather.
