What about the Croatian Islands?
There are just over 1,100 of them and only about 70 are inhabited.
Of those 70 that have residents, its only a very small number and usually only seasonal like over summer.

You may want to consider the Maldives. I can't say with certainty that it has zero inhabitants, but there are islands that may have only a few (less than 50) inhabitants.

Also, try some of the Philipine islands. Many are not populated due to dense jungles.

Lastly, not to be flip here, but if you are wealthy enough, you can purchase your own island (recently, one of the world's wealthiest just purchased a small island for recreation). I hope this helps you. Good Luck!
