On your windows bar at the bottom of the screen, there should be a clock. Just double click it and the clock settings will come up in another window. You can adjust the time there, if you wish.

when you boot your PC press F2 repeatedly until it enters the BIOS in there you should be able to change the time and date unless it is locked by a password, if that is the case then I don;t know what that password will be but you can flush the bios with a different version if that happens.

If you have already changed the date and time here and the PC keeps asking you to change the date and time then the BIOS battery is dead and will need replacing.

Left click on clock at bottom right corner of screen. Select Date/Time, and adjust.

go to bios set up.
restart your pc, pres del botton when you start ro see something in your monitor or hold it while your computer is restarting.
you will be able to change the clock setting there.

if your having to change the time in bios. you might need change the CMOS battery. If its going bad you will be changing the date in bios often. the batteries are cheap and easy to install
