doonnn, if they block sites, why would they let him on the control panel, they are aware of what people can do with stuff just sitting out on everyone's computers. they wouldnt let me get into regedit, and i had a shortcut on a flash drive. if they have that blocked from a shortcut, why would they let him just go to control panel

at my school ,we just have to goto the ip address instead of the server name, try host to ip searches :)

go to ur control pannel then sicurity centre then click internet options then click restricted sites then remove all restricted sites ok ,good luck
