Can I legally call my company something with the word "corporation" in it in PA without filing as a corp?

I doubt that. You can't in most states so I don't think PA will allow it. While using "corporation" creates the image your company is large and dependable it also opens up issues of increased liability for misdeeds that corporations are subject to and for harsher tax treatment.
