While I'm not a medical professional and can't know for sure what you're experiencing, it is possible that this could be related to a significant medical problem -- particularly if you are experiencing a tingling or painful sensation in your testes accompanied by occasional lower abdominal pain or tightness.

If I were you and had the symptoms I've described, I would see a urologist AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, just to be on the safe side. Once you've figured out for certain that it's not a medical problem, you can then focus on figuring out what other issues might be behind it.

Be sure to be completely open with your doctor about all elements of this that seem out of the ordinary to you, as this will help determine whether what you are experiencing is medical or psychological/emotional in origin. But if you're having the above symptoms, I cannot stress enough how important it is that you see a urologist. And if there's been any gradual changes in the size or feel of your testes, or you notice any lumps or other irregularities, your life may depend on it.

First, David gave you some really good advice: go to a urologist to make sure you don't have other medical issues going on down there. (One thing: the nerves associated with defecation, etc. are very close to those associated with your sexual response -- along your spine, I mean. Have you had a back injury lately?)

That does alarm me somewhat that you have a ED (erectile dysfunction) issue going on too.

Well, I'd go to the urologist first. Write down exactly what your symptoms are and make sure you tell him or her when these started.

Men do have a sexual sensation in their rectum, by the way.

Good luck to you. I hope everything goes well and you find out what is going on.

Definitely. My girlfriend (16 at the time - i was 18), moved into my apartment due to problems with her mom. Her mom was perfectly fine with it. We slept in the same bed for a year and a half (an became engaged) before we lost our virginities to each other. People think guy + girl + bed = sex. Well it doesn't have to be that way. I mean geeze...have some freaking self control. You don't have to have sex, and you won't if you don't want to. Sleeping in the same bed has very little to do with if you two have sex.

i've often felt i was a woman trapped inside a male body. my fantacies never involve penile-to-vaginal sex.. i only seem to want to give oral, or imagine that i have a vagina and that i am receiving oral or fingering..

we are essentially feeling thoughts of transgenderism or transsexuality..

if you have a girlfriend and if you are perfectly comfortable and ok with using your penis to have sex with you, then i think these are just strange fantacies.

btu if you seriously have a hard time with the idea of sex, then you should probaly seek out a therapist to discuss these feelings with.
