Have an ipod video but dont want to pay 1.99 per music video from itunes, does anyone know how to download videos from youtube? didnt even know that we could download them honestly

you can. go to http://clipnabber.com
paste in the url from the youtube link and it will give you a download link. note that the downloaded file will be in .flv format. you can download VLCplayer to play it, or you can convert it (u need to download a converter)

If you use internet explorer i dont know if there is a way. If you use firefox however you can download an extension (tools>add ons> get extensions) called videodownloader. This will then allow you to download videos off of websites, including youtube, by clicking on a symbol in the taskbar
