Osama's brother Salem was the major investor in Dubbya's Arbusto Oil in Texas. Bush never intended to get Osama in Afghanistan. What he went there for was the oil pipeline and the poppy fields, which are most profitable these days. Iraq was the other prize which just happened to also have oil. That was step one and two, three is Iran, which coincidentally has oil as well.
The old bait and switch is a good way to put it. Still worked up into a froth over 9/11 Bush just substituted Saddam for Osama and the tanks were rolling way before we realized we were in the wrong country after the wrong man. By then it was way too late.

and he still do not know how to gets credit for Osama head
he not really doing a good job to solved 9/11 problems

When Saddam got hung, I didn't see Bush trying to say "Osama is dead now"
Now, Ted Kennedy...he tried to bait-and-switch by calling the Senator from Illinois "Osama Obama"
