To have good health into old age,have someone in my life that I love and am loved in return,to have enough money to enjoy the things I like to do.

People always comment that I'm easily pleased and I do get a lot of pleasure from little things that probably wouldn't be enough for most people, so I guess my expectations are quite low in comparison with other people. I think it's just been my life journey so far, I tend not to rely too much on other people and put all my trust in myself to sort things out for me, and it's a formula that works for me. If people do something nice for me, I'm really pleased and it's an added bonus cos I don't expect anything from anyone. I do expect a lot from myself tho, so actually, in that respect, my expectations are quite high!

Just great enough so that I can keep them within reach. Nothing too outlandish so that when I am able reach one, I set another. Stepping stones leading to reach each, with the next expectation a bit higher than the last.
Very sweet is each reward that I am motivated to imagine yet another and another and climbing and climbing......
