I'm really interested to study in either Canada or England this September. What I wanted to know was what exactly is NORMALLY requested (documentation) in order to get accepted, so that I can get that stuff ready now and have it ready to send on request. For example, Do I need to have Life Insurance, a Student Visa etc. I'm from Antigua in the Caribbean if that helps narrow it down. thanks for responses in advance. :)

To study in Canada a foreign student needs a student visa. To get a student visa you need a letter of acceptance from a college or university....and a sponsor...someone who is willing to be responsible for you while you are here. You also need a letter of credit indicating you have sufficient funds available for tuition/living expenses etc. etc....a letter indicating you have no criminal record....a letter indicating you are healthy....a valid passport....and a few other things...but the most important are the letter of acceptance and a sponsor.
