It means that the computer can not find the file needed to load Windows on to the computer. NTLDR is the Windows NTLoaDeR. Since this is a brand new computer, it probably means that Windows is not installed on the hard drive.

You can also get this error if the computer has a floppy disk in the floppy drive, or a non-bootable CD in the Cd drive. Check them.

NTLDR is basically the window NT core loader, if your computer is stating the it is missing the im afraid you have a corrupted windows installation on your harddrive, what you can do is simply reinstall windows or if you are on a good level of knowledge to use the windows recovery tool before installing a new copy or if you have no important files on your hdd a fresh format with a new installation would be great. Best of luck

Means your boot drive does no have the NTLDR, which means that disc is not bootable.

Need to boot from CD, and tell it to remove the partitions and reinstall Windows on the hard drive. If it's missing some drives (Raptor perhaps) you might need to insert them at first loadup to have the correct device driver to install Windows.
