I have a rain barrel. Rain water is very soft, it's great for washing your hair because it lathers like crazy. It tastes smooth and fresh, but a little metallic because of the way I collect it.

rain water tastes great. it is better than most water living in rual aust most of my life had to drink all the time with big water tanks it was really nice and did not taste like acid or salty.hope that answers your question.

It tastes like heaven...I used to collect it as a kid when I was growing up; I grew up in Seattle so there was plenty of rain ;)

it should taste like nothing and yet be refreshing
pure rain has no taste if it does its acid/pollution
