it's okay to wear anything you want if you like it! i think this is fine, especially if it's cold outside! 90 degrees though? yeah it would look odd. lol.

If the scarf/muffler are a contrasting color with the sweater, go for it! It would be cute. :D

I wear a scarf if it's really cold. I don't think anyone would laugh at you.
