Files deleted on an external drive (such as USB, memory stick or network drive) are not sent to the recycle bin nor the computer's regualr hard drive. When they are deleted, the directory entry tht points to the file is removed, and the files location is added to a listing of "free" hard drive space on that drive. Eventually the space will be used to store another file. During the time after a file is deleted, and before it is overwirtten with a new file, it is possible to use an undelete program to recover the file.

They are permanently deleted, they do not pass through the recycle bin at all. There are some sort of recovery programs to recover files deleted by mistake but nothing is for sure. Best of luck

They are not sent to recycle bin as files are deleted from removable drive, you can recover them with usb drive data recovery tutorial, here's a good one

They don't go anywhere, they sit right where they were before you told the computer to ignore them.
Delete simply removes the the index information(registry) so the computer knows it can use that part of the file system again.
Until the file is over written it can still be seen with the correct software
