I dont know how to explane . Its very hard question.
For example : for burning fats in our metabolism It need a lot of ensimes. for sugar ; There is 36 kind of sugar all is need different ensimes to use.
Simply we can say that our budy is a chemistry factory. brain controls it. Biochemistry is trying to find whats realy going on , in the metebolism.
