No, don't worry about weight, it changes throughout teenage years, and there's not much you can do but make sure you eat properly, a good balanced diet will keep your skin nice too, and be a blessing under your makeup !

All right, the right weight for you is 90-120 pounds (7-9 stones)... you are perfect! You weigh 105 pounds, so you are in the healthy weight range. Now, if you want to, you can do sit ups if you have a tummy, but you don't need to lose ANY weight! In fact, if you lose anymore, you'll be UNDERWEIGHT! And we all know that's disgusting when you're not naturally that way!

no you aren't over weight i dont think its the same for a teenager but if you were a 5 foot 2 adult and weighed 7 1/2 you would be slightly underweight so dont worry about it your fine.

no! i doubt it very much! who told you that? 'overweight' unless you are obscenly obese, is just a word, as long as you are happy and healthy that is the best weight for you! if you are 12, why are you worrying about your weight?! if you are however really bothered about your weight in later years or you simply wish to increase you fitness, go for a run or do swimming! one is free and you get fresh air, the other is relaxing and relatively cheap, also good for your joints and cellulite not that you will have that yet! where you turn 16 or older and your weight and fitness is still an issue to you then join a gym, they will work out a programme at the right level for you and that will guarantee you are on the right path! good luck, dont panic and have fun! x

Your BMI is around 19.24 which is ideal for your height and weight. If you were overweight your BMI would be between 25-30
Recommended BMI Chart
Underweight BMI less than 18.5
Ideal BMI 18.5-25
Overweight BMI 25-30
Obese - should lose weight BMI 30-40
Very obese - lose weight now BMI greater than 40
Remember you are still growing and as you grow taller your BMI will change. As long as it is less than 25 you are at a healthy weight

dont worry about how much you actually weigh chick, have a good look at your self in the mirror (full length) is your belly podgy? is your bum saggy and podgy? do your legs have 3 spaces running up them when you put them together or do they just fit together with no gaps in them at all.
If you think you look a little tubby then do some exercise and cut down on fatty foods, your only 12 honey and i dont think 7 1/2 sounds overweight,
if you are 5ft 2 then no you are not overweight, I am 5ft 3 and 8 1/2 stone admitedly 15 years older than you but it shows that you are not overweight. x

Nope, your BMI is 19.2. for a 12 year old it should be around that.
If your asking you might just have a bit of puppy fat on you, remember that fat cell weight much less that muscle cells, so even if you look big, you might not be.
