i cant remember if it was in the books but in the games lee jordon had a spider.and ron has that ron.(this is about harry potter).and i bet other unknown students had pets not on the list.i wonder what dumbledore was playing at...
it all makes sense to me,i think he was using our littler hero harry potter.

well dumbydore overlooked those animals because hes a con artist.like you are saying he does not care about harry he just wants a weapon.james and lily would be so pissed if they knew what he was doing to their only child.

Ron has scabbers because he was part of the story, but rats should've been listed. Lee jordan shouldn't have had the spider thats why he was hiding it.

Strictly speaking the first book does state that - the immediately breaks the rules... would have the look up the the passages.
