Your question does not include the word wife, partner, companion, so I assume that you are only referring to a sexual partner for a specified period of time. In that case, how important is your sex drive? You may miss that person making love but you may replace them soon after. If you meant a mutual lover and long time companion, then it would vary with your personality. Love for some, is not the same for all.
