It is surely a fake I regret to inform you. Leon Breitling began the firm in 1884. Now, pilot's watches. mostly chronographs are the specialty de le maison. Most use Valjoux automatic movements made by ETA the biggest maker of wwatch movements. Over 95% of Swiss and German brands use ETA movements. Breitliung has made a very few quartz watches, but I have never seen kinetic models. I am writing a book about "565 RECENT WATCH BRANDS", so I am an expert on this subject. As for selling watches, one can advertise in local newspapers or in watch magazines. You can put them in local waatch stores on consignment. I don't know where you live, but I could recomend some in my home city of SF.

Any jewellers will be able to tell you if it is a fake or not. Advertise it in your local paper or somewhere like the Yeller
