Superman has more super powers, that is for sure. But, I like spiderman better. The reason is because superman is basically an alien - he comes from a different planet, he's not exactly "human" like us. Spiderman is awesome because he was a normal human being with no special abilities until he got bitten by a spider and weird stuff happened to him. Spiderman was a human who became a hero - he made himself into a hero and chose to be a hero. That's why spiderman is super cool! (But, he would probably get his *** kicked by superman in a fight. Let's hope that doesn't happen.)

Although Super-Man has incredible powers and more and can beat up Spider-Man i think Spider-Man is better. If you mean by powers here they are
Superman-Flight, invulnability,super-strenth,x-ray and heat vision,super hearing,super heat and super cold breath and many others but a rarly used in the comics such as super-kiss.
Spider-Man-Super-strength,ability to cling to walls,enchanced reflexes,6th "spider" sense and recently stingers able to come in and out where doc ocks tentacles would be and night vision.
Although in the movie his webs are part of him in the comics he was web shooters.
