Glasses or contact lenses?

I've worn glasses for years and never found them annoying - indeed I've found them nothing but useful - and in my case, essential! If you have plastic ones they're light and glass or plastic, they offer a degree of protection from bits flying about in the air getting in your eyes

I think definitely CONTACTS.
Glasses look ok on some people who can carry off the look but I think generally having a piece of metal or plastic on your face just isn't a good look.
I had to wear glasses all through school and hated it as I got picked on for it - at least now I have a nice pair (actually spent some money on them whereas when I was at school my parents refused to!) and they look nice I guess, but I MUCH prefer contact lenses.
My husband wears contacts ALL the time and I am so jealous of this - my eyes get very dry and irritable as my optician says my eyes don't produce enough tears so I can only wear them sometimes and spend the majority of the time in my glasses unfortunately!
I wear contact lenses (soft dailies are the most comfortable) for evenings out or special occasions (like my wedding day when after 12 hours my contacts had practically stuck to my eyeballs but it was still worth it) or for playing sports.
It suits me ok but if you're asking because you wonder which looks better I would say the natural look of contact lenses wins EVERY time.

It depends on the circumstances. I wear both, but use daily disposable lenses so that I don't feel that I have to wear them every day to get the use out of them.

I wear the contacts whenever I'm doing sport (basketball for example) when I'm going out and don't want to wear my glasses, or just if I feel like looking a bit different that day!

I wear my glasses the majority of the time, and I think glasses are great in the respect that there are so many different styles and types, you can find one that you think suits you. And if you have money, you can buy more than one pair and change your look.

So basically, it depends what you feel like in the morning, and what you intend to do with your day, but I think both are great and they weigh up about equal!

Both are good. With glasses you can look smart and sexy with the right frames. With glasses though, there is a downfall. With glasses you can take them on and off whenever you want and that messes up your vision a little more.
Contacts are not bad either though. They are very nice to wear and you can sometimes actually forget they are in if you take care of them (but you would remember at night when they are start getting dry) But a downfall with contacts is if you don't get it in all the way it'll fall out and it's really hard to see things correctly when you are going from blurry to clear.

I wear them both. I don't wear contacts so much in the winter sense I live in Minnesota and it's just way too cold! But it really does depend on the person.

i like contact lenses but i wear glasses. i hate glasses when i take them off they leave a mark in the corner of my eyes. even my optician says that contact lenses are better because than glasses because they're closer to the eye.

Pros of glasses:
-They can look good (if you get the right frame)
-They're pretty easy to take care of

Cons of glasses:
-They can get annoying after you wear them for a while.

Pros of contact lenses:
-You look the same... No one knows you're wearing contacts at all, so you keep your beauty.
-Probably more annoying in the beginning but not so much once you get used to them after a few days.

Cons of contact lenses:
-A bit harder to take care of than glasses.
-A bit harder to adjust to than glasses.
