No, welfare breeds more welfare.If you believe otherwise, you are kidding yourselves. There will be always people living off of the public dole.

not where i live, it seems like the only new people that move in to this small town are on welfare, their is more food stamps and welfare checks in the cash drawer of the grocery store the cash.

HAH...i dont think so...forced sick leave...the raise in minimum wage and now the illegal rights act...cmon..remember the razor thin mandate of 06. consider whos in charge and the net result of all the welfare schemes in the first hundred hours.
