gear bike? i'm assuming you mean .... how do you shift? and all the other things that go along with it?
if thats the case then you operate it very similarly to how you operate a standard car.
there's a throttle, front and rear brake, clutch, and shifter.
the throttle (twist) is at your right hand, along with your front brake (squeeze),
the clutch (squeeze) is at your left hand,
the left foot operates the shifter (peg).. you push up or down depending on whether you're upshifting or downshifting...
most bikes have shift patterns of 1 - N - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 ...etc
and then your rear brake is at your left foot (press)...
anyways i know thats really vague and basic but ... you really have to get out there and get on a bike, or at least get in front of one and sit on one to feel this stuff out and understand it
and thats to say nothing of how to control the bike once you get it rolling.
as far as websites i bet there's a ton, but no website can teach you what you need to know about riding.
if you're trying to learn without any formal training (i.e. safety courses or lessons)... then you have to rely on learning from your mistakes. we'll hope you live through them.
oh yeah and don't forget to countersteer.

Apart from the obvious parts, the important parts are front and rear brakes, accelerator, clutch lever, gear shifter and kick starter. every bike would have a gear selection diagram near the the gear shifter or on the petrol tank. the gear shifter is mostly near the left foot rest, the rear brake pedal is usually near the right footrest. like wise the left lever on the handle bar is the clutch, and the one on the right side is the front brake. The grip on the right side of the handlebar can be twisted and that is the accelerator. most bikes have a neutral indicator which glows when the bike is not in any gear. turn on the ignition, use the gear shifter, shift to neutral with the help of the diagram, kick start the bike, once the engine starts idling, pull in the clutch lever, put the bike in first gear ( according to the diagram), release the clutch smoothly while increasing the accelerator gradually. The bike will start to move slowly, once you reach a little speed, engage second gear and so on. to stop the bike use both the front and rear brakes, without locking the wheels. and when the engine begins to stall, pull in the clutch and drop down a gear. Seriously this is no way to learn how to ride a bike, ask a friend to explain and help you, you can also learn a lot when you observe, All the best. Happy riding :)

Vi jay k., I agree with every person preceding this entry, and as
On line in America I've seen many suggestions about bike 'riding'.
It helps to remember that magic is simply misunderstood practical technique and technology. The Old Ones may favour you if they see a natural drive to conquer.

Same way as in any other country.
You must get parts info from the manufacturer.
Internet search will give you lots of sites, but you need to see the site of the manufacturer first.
