WHY not u just have to put uk's card ,ok.

It depends on the service provider. In UK, providers like O2 do not lock their sim cards and you can use any sim. Where as, 3G locks the sim and you cant unlock by any 3rd parties. So, check before you buy and in case you go for Orange, or Vodafone, T-mobile, Virgin etc you can easily unlock them in UK by paying 10-15 pounds.
