I fell in love with this perfume about 6 years ago, but now it is discontinued and I have tried all the avenues I can think of to get hold of some more. It came in a frosted bottle with a black lid. It is a very oriental/vanilla -ry smell. I've tried the usual channels including ebay, but no go. Does anyone have any other ideas?
The last perfume I liked, was Xia Xsang by Revalon and that one too got discontinued!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Typical

The fragrance you are referring to is called Lancaster Eau de Toilette Concentrate and is my absolute favourite. I order it from Strawberry.net, but they have a restriction on at the moment because they can't send it by plane - bloody terrorists! However, when I was in Amsterdam I found a little perfume shop which sold it. I don't know why it isn't sold in this country - it isn't even that expensive -£25 for 50ml and £35 for £100ml.

Good luck

I don't like beauty things and stuff like that. I really like planes, boats, guns, tanks, space, wars and things like that! In fact I like hard sounding music and red bull's acrobatic plane team. But somehow I do remember that perfume and I remember its thick but not so sweet smell. Maybe I remember it because it resembles a WW2 's bomber name: Lancaster. I 'll search for it. I don't make any promises you know. It is not in the gun stores!

I know it's not the same but have you tried Givenchy's Ysatis? It smells just as you describe and I think it's still manufactured.
