Food.
You need food to survive. If you do not have enough food, you get hungry and then you die of hunger.
If you do not have enough sex, you have sex dreams, so whatever you want it or not, you'll get it.
You cannot have food dreams that will feed you when you're hungry.

Food. As for sex, when I first got married I felt like I could eat it, now I wish that I had!

Food, it lasts longer, doesn't run off with your best mate and generally smells a lot better! And your less likely to make a sticky mess :o)
Although trust me, sex is still a priority for me!
