hi ive had two periods within a week and a half of each other they seem to be normal periods this has never happened before anyone any ideas why

Sometimes a when a woman gets older, her body and menstrual cycle changes. If your periods are normal, then I would not worry too much. On the other hand, a shorter gap between periods can also be a sympton of Polycistic Ovaries, along with abnormal hair growth, acne, weight gain and bad period pain. If you are concerned, ask your GP for an ultrasound to check for anything. Although I don't think it is anything too bad.

im sure youre fine sometimes as a women becomes older there hormones can become imbalanced and this could be the cause of too many or too little periods, or different length periods your body may have decided its not happy with your original cycle and may be trying to change it i hope this helped but if u feel uncertain c a doctor

it can bcoz of harmonal imbalance...try to talk to ur doctor..
