Due to the colossal number of stars and planets then probability, apart from anything else, would suggest that there must be life elsewhere somewhere in the universe (may be even in our own solar system). For "intelligent" life the probabilities decrease, but it is still very likely.
As to whether a real and concrete UFO incident has taken place : then yes, there are USAF records of UFOs. As to real and concrete proof that these are extra-terrestrial, then no.

Your main question and your secondary question are asking two completely different things.
Just because there is life elsewhere in the universe -- and, given the number of planets they have found already, there MUST be alien life somewhere -- there is no reason to guess it will be intelligent, let alone some hyperpowerful superdimensional being who can pop from one solar system to another for tea.
The stars are REALLY darn tootin' far away, even the closest stars outside our Solar System are much, much farther than we can plan on travelling in less than centuries.
Science fiction is packed full of faster-than light travel and talking across interstellar distances on TV phones. But to a physicist, these things are fundamentally undoable. In the real universe, the stars are too far away for a physical being to travel between them conveniently.
There is not only the enormous gulf of space, there is a mind-boggling gulf of time. We invented wireless radio communication about 100 years ago. The solar system is 5,000,000,000 years old, and the universe is three times older than that. Since the communications we are using now, with digital signals on radio waves, would look like white noise to a scientist 100 years ago, why do you suppose we could even communicate with a nearby intelligent race? Each comment sent back and forth would take 50 years, if the others were only 25 light years away. That's AFTER we have figured out the encodings of each other's transmissions.
There is plenty of evidence that UFOs exist, but they are NOT alien spacecraft. In the 1950s to the 1970s, UFO reports changed from silvery discs to black triangular craft. In the same period, the USAF went from testing cigar-shaped shiny airplanes to black triangles like the F-117A. People were reporting sightings of secret military planes, which of course to them were "unidentified flying objects". There is no reason whatsoever to suppose they were or are alien beings.

There is no proof of UFO's that scientists would agree on, since the scientific method requires that experimental evidence be repeatable at any time. UFO's are a little too elusive for that. However, they must exist because they keep taking only one of every pair of my socks, but why I don't know. For whatever reason I get stuck with only one, and have to buy more.

Question: For each star that does have a planetary system, how many planets are capable of sustaining life?
Answer: Current estimates range from 1 to 5.
fl is the fraction of planets in ne where life evolves
Question: On what percentage of the planets that are capable of sustaining life does life actually evolve?
Answer: Current estimates range from 100% (where life can evolve it will) down to close to 0%.
fi is the fraction of fl where intelligent life evolves
Question: On the planets where life does evolve, what percentage evolves intelligent life?
Answer: Estimates range from 100% (intelligence is such a survival advantage that it will certainly evolve) down to near 0%.
fc is the fraction of fi that communicate
Question: What percentage of intelligent races have the means and the desire to communicate?
Answer: 10% to 20%
fL is fraction of the planet's life during which the communicating civilizations live
Question: For each civilization that does communicate, for what fraction of the planet's life does the civilization survive?
Answer: This is the toughest of the questions. If we take Earth as an example, the expected lifetime of our Sun and the Earth is roughly 10 billion years. So far we've been communicating with radio waves for less than 100 years. How long will our civilization survive? Will we destroy ourselves in a few years like some predict or will we overcome our problems and survive for millennia? If we were destroyed tomorrow the answer to this question would be 1/100,000,000th. If we survive for 10,000 years the answer will be 1/1,000,000th.
When all of these variables are multiplied together we come up with:
N, the number of communicating civilizations in the galaxy.

The real value of the Drake Equation is not in the answer itself, but the questions that are prompted when attempting to come up with an answer. Obviously there is a tremendous amount of guess work involved when filling in the variables. I guess they do. Our technology is not advanced enough to be part of the "Galactic fraternity". We're still a primitive humanity.
But there have been many accounts where some alien intelligence has given us a leap forward in our evolution.
God replaces the word Elohim, "the people who came from the sky".

I doubt that there are any real sightings, but it would be slightly arrogant of us to believe that in this Universe with all of the millions of planets, there is not at least one other planet where some form of life is evolving - possibly more advanced, possibly less, probably in some completely different form to what we would expect.

Possibly, but not in this part of the galaxy, at present. 2. No concrete evidence exists, not even one cell with their DNA, or photos that stand rigorous analysis. Many are dreams, mistaken for reality (why are they alone when abducted?).

Probably, just not flying around doing anal probes. The vastness of space is such it would take literal generations to reach the next closest star.
Einstein proposed the theory of bending the time/space continum, but it's just theory. How do you grab the edges of space and time?
There are many other planets capable of substaining life though. I wouldn't be suprised to find they exist.

even if there was it would be kept under wraps because it would cause mass hysteria. take for example that one radio broadcast many years ago of war of the worlds everyone freaked out. its hard to imagine that we are the only ones in this whole entire universe but i think if there has been contact or anything of that kind that its top secret and being kept from us.
