my foreskin can b easily retracted during an erection by my hand
it naturally doesnt
but i dont hav any sort of pain or burning sensation while doing so
is it ok?

It is normal...if the foreskin is long and tight ...it happens..as long as you are able to retract your foreskin...nothing to worry about...

foreskin is designed to cover and protect the head of the penis. However as part fo the design it will also retract fully to expose the head for activities like sex and cleaning.

Some guys do experience tight foreskins thus they doi not retract as easily as they should. However as long as you can retract yours and you do it regularly to wash and for pleasure you are fine. And the more often you retract it when erect the easier it will become.

Sounds perfectly normal to me! During masturbation and sex it'll glide up and down to stimulate the head.

I believe what you describe is the most common situation for uncircumcised men.
