Possibly..it could be the on start of the menopause - I think you can have symptoms for a few years before you actually go through the change.
If you are having trouble sleeping at night and have all the hot flushes etc, it might be worthwhile to invest in some Lavender essential oil and dab it neatly on your pulse points. This will help relax you and relieve any annoying symptoms you have associated with the menopause. Alternatively, you could try Geranium, Clary Sage or Patchouli as these too have hormonal balancing properties and are ideal for women. You could phone your local complementary health centre for more advice on holistic therapies which would be beneficial for you at this time

Dear, It is always helpful, to mention your age and if you have hot flashes you could be menopausal....? Ask your doctor which lab test he/ she did. Maybe you can do an estrogen test with ZRT (around 25 dollars.) Lab tests when they are abnormal you body is already very over the edge…You might be more sensitive and experience symptoms that might not (yet) show in your results. Saliva test for example from ZRT might be more accurate and sensitive. Find a different doctor…although that it is hard to find a good doctor on this matter.
Menopausal symptoms might be seen as an opportunity to get into better health physically emotionally and spiritual. I am going through it right now. Yes I have the stronger body odor…not to bad…but I never had it. I have hot flashes but I just take of a sweater and do deep breathing and wait till it is over. I am not depressed although I have a tendency but boy am I more assertive and perceptive and I express myself better. I am no so kind and accommodating al the time. I take my righteous space much more and that feels good. I do take Natural progesterone cream like Prosperin and that does me well. I avoid hormone meat and diary with the wrong kinds of hormones. I eat healthy and avoid soy and black cosh. Both will increase my level of estrogen. I have checked with my self tests my level of yeast and iodine. Also I do EFT (See source in the section health articles.)
The EFT has help be tremendously as does the hormone cream Prosperin, iodine and magnesium and calcium in my diet…Healthy diet and plenty of water.
My friend who is through said that many things fell away who are just not so important anymore and she feels much more independent and emotionally stronger….hang in there we will be there soon too and much stronger.

it sounds as though you are showing more symptoms of depression than menopause . did the doc talk about that with you . it is possible to have syptoms as apparently you go through tha peri menopause first which can last for about 5 years before you reach the proper thing. there is light at the end of it though . go back to the doc and talk it over again .
