I have not been to Universal, there was too many height requirements to go with kids, but without that
The Krakken at Sea World and Rockin Rollercoaster MGM are the best roller coasters
I love Splash Mountain, the scenery and story line throughout is great and love the drop. Way better than Atlantis even though Atlantis has 2 drops, the sound was always loud but distored. Interior theming not nearly as good.
I know it sounds silly, but I love Buzz Lightyear space ranger spin. I stink at it, but trying to beat the person next to you is fun.
Top 3 theme parks
Magic Kingdom So much to do, good parade during the day, 2nd incredible parade at night plus fireworks. Something for everyone in your family here
Animal Kingdom. At first I didn't like this park, but then I went and really gave it a chance and now it is a favorite. The tree is incredible and walking through the pathways and finding the animals is nice. Tough to Be a Bug is REALLY well done. Lion King is one of the best shows in Disney. This is a more laid back park. Not as much running from one ride to another, and a great change of pace.
EPCOT the rides are good, the food choices incredible, but for me ILLUMINATIONS puts this in the top 3
Seaworld is a close 4th maybe tied so I put it on too. Shows, animal interaction, coasters, just a great day.

1. EPCOT at Walt Disney World
2. The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World
3. Disney's Animal Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World
My top three favorite rides in Florida:
1. Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park
2. Test Track at EPCOT
3. The Haunted Mansion at the Magic Kingdom

Top 3 rides in Florida? Difficult to choose.
I like ALL the rides. lol. But here in no particular order are my 3 faves: Rock N Roller Coaster (at Disney/MGM), Soarin' (Epcot), and depending on the weather- cool days it's Kilimanjaro Safari Ride and hot days it is Kali River Rapids (both at Disney's Animal Kingdom)
3 favorite Theme parks? Epcot, MGM, and Magic Kingdom. (although I enjoy Universal, and Islands of Adventure)

Best Parks:
1. Universal Islands of Adventure (lots of GREAT rides if you like roller coasters)
2. Disneys Magical Kingdom
3. Busch Gardens Tampa (they have a lot of good rides, and lots of wildlife and things to look at)
Depends what types of rides you like, for roller coasters:
1. Dueling Dragons and The Hulk at Islands of Adventure
2. Space Moutnain at Magical Kingdom
3. Sheikra at Busch Gardens
But there are a lot of other fun rides too:
The Popeye ride at IOA or Back to the Future at Universal
I love all the kid rides at Disney....the teacups : )
