Go to your menu, all programs, accessories, system tools, and then system information. Click the hardware option and it weill tell you everything you have in your computer.

You can use third party software such sisoft sandra or everest.

You can go to the device manager.

please check the system settings.

once you right click on the my computer icon. Go to setting and find out the hardware config.
